Upper arm fat can be reduced by concentrating more on resistance training exercises like Reverse dips, Wide push ups, Narrow push ups, biceps curls, Concentrated biceps curl, overhead triceps curl etc. we need to do these exercises atleast for some 20 min, 5/week and include some cardio activities too to get a beeter effects. Cardio activities are like Running, jogging, BRisk walking, Swimming, Skipping, etc. We need to do these activites for 40 min ,5/week.
