It is not easy to reduce the tummy fat. You need to do many changes in ur diet, exercise & life style modification.
Diet : Foods to avoid: high sugary foods, high salt & salty foods, fried foods, refined foods, high fat non-veg foods.
Foods to eat: Include more of fibers foods, fat burning foods like Vitamin C dilutes the fat and makes it less effective and helps in releasing the fat from the body.Foods containing chillies or cayanne pepper are considered to be as foods that burn fat. Chillies contain capsaicin that helps in increasing the metabolism.Some of the other foods that may be included in the list of fat burning foods are asparagus, beet root, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, chillies, beans, soybeans, sweet potatoes, blueberries and watermelon.
Drink plenty of water especially warm water with lemon daily in the morning & after very meal.
Exercise: Doing combination of cardio exercise & weight training is more effective for reducing the tummy fat.
Life style modification: Avoid alcohol, reduce the eating out.
