how to reduce thighs and hips?

I weigh 86kgs and the heaviest part of my body are my thighs. the musck=les seem th sag badly. please suggest some exercises to reduce the flab and to tone the thighs

    to start with, try a 45 min. brisk walking. im sure it will help. swimming is another option u can go for.
