To reduce the tummy you need to keep patience . You need to have a balanced regular exercises and healthy dietary pattern. Regular exercises should include both types of exercises like cardio exercises and weight training exercises. CArdio exercises are like running, jogging, brisk walking, skipping, swimming, etc. You need to do these exercises atleast for 45 min in a day and concern area exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, etc. You need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min in a day every alternate days of workout. This type pf exercise plan would help to reduce tummy fat and tone the tummy muscles.
