    Ha ha ha ha. Are you serious? Why would you even ask something like that? It’s impossible to reduce anything in a day, let alone your tummy. Unless, you are willing to go in for a surgical procedure and remove all the fat in your tummy. Losing weight takes time and in the case of obese people it takes a lot of time and you need to know this. Reducing the tummy in a day is next to impossible and please think before asking such questions in the future. You need to a good diet and regular exercise to reduce weight and this won’t happen in a day.

    Hi Supriya,
    To reduce the tummy you need to keep patience . You need to have a balanced regular exercises and healthy dietary pattern. Regular exercises should include both types of exercises like cardio exercises and weight training exercises. CArdio exercises are like running, jogging, brisk walking, skipping, swimming, etc. You need to do these exercises atleast for 45 min in a day and concern area exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, etc. You need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min in a day every alternate days of workout. This type pf exercise plan would help to reduce tummy fat and tone the tummy muscles.

    Hey Supriya,
    Did you got your tummy in a day! It is not possible to reduce tummy in a day. If at all you want to do so, then as Deepti said surgery is the last resort. You can go for Bariatric surgery, liposuction etc. to get instant result, but event after surgery you have to keep dietary control, regular exercises and active lifestyle. I will suggest you to go for healthy and non-surgical options to reduce tummy.
