Yes most men have that problem and it is usually a direct result of too much beer swinging. Try and reduce the amount of alcohol that you are consuming and this will help you reduce the fat in your stomach in the long run. If you are someone who enjoys a huge stake, then you need to cut down on eating too much red meat as it is high in fat and cholesterol. Exercising for at least 2 hours every day will surely help you shed some of those pounds. Try doing stomach crunches and sit ups. It’s not easy, but it’s the only way.

    Hi Rency,
Most men have stomach as their concern area. To reduce tummy we need to do more of weight training exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, leg cycling, leg pushs, etc. We need to do more of these exercises atleast for 20 min every alternate days with alternate days of cardio training exercises like jogging, swimming, running, brisk walking, skipping,m etc. We need to do cardio exercises for atleast 45 min per day. This type of exercise plan would help to reduce down the tummy for men.
