@Ananth Weight reduction can be done by diet, exercise and lifestyle modification. Have cereals which are rich in fiber such as oats, wheat bran. barley, etc. Have fruits in between. Limit the intake of junk foods and aerated drinks. Have 10-12 glasses of water in day. Do any kind of physical activity which you enjoy.

Cardio exercise like Cycling, swimming, jogging, running, skipping, etc - Do for 30- 45 mins in a day & for 5-6 days in a week. The goal of cardio is to burn fat, any cardio exercise will help you to lose wt & gives strengths to muscles & helping you to lose belly fat very fast.
