    To reduce the flab on your stomach you need to do basic abdomen crunches exercises.Besides you need to cut down on fat,red and organ meat,alcohol,cold drinks,sweets,and simple sugars.

    Hi Neha if you want to reduce your tummy,You need to combine both healthy diet and exercise on regular basis. Take frequent meals,Drink plenty of water,Include fibers in your diet.Avoid fried,junk and processed foods. Also you can have Luke warm lemon water after every meal will help.Do not keep sitting at a particular place for long time,keep moving after ever 10-15 minutes will help.Also you can try aerobic exercises and crunches which will help to reduce your weight as well as tummy.

    Hi Neha

    It is little difficulty to loss only tummy, priyanka is correct. One more point is make a habit of drink warm water after very meals, walk for 10-15mins after very meals, Avoid rice in the nite. Avoid sugar intake ( 2tsp of sugar is allowed). Yoga like Ustrasana (camel pose) & Vrksasana (tree pose) are other effective yoga postures for reducing fat in the hip.

    Certain types of Yogasnas will also help reduce the tummy especially after pregnancy.
    Pawanmukhtasana(also known as the WIND RELIEVING POSE) is one of the Yogasnas which will help reduce your tummy. try this out:
    1. Lie down on floor or any flat surface or on yoga mat.
    2. Fold your left leg, bring them near your abdomen by holding your knees.
    3. Raise your body upwards and bend your neck and try touching your nose to the left knee.
    4. Hold that position for about 15-20 seconds and still breathe normally.
    5. Then release your left leg and breathe.
    6. Repeat this with your right leg and repeat this exercise for about 5 times each.

    Hi Neha,
    Reducing tummy is a result of fatty diet and unhealthy i active lifestyle. You need to reverse the things to Flat stomach is possible only after bringing your body fat percentage in normal levels. Toning exercises for tummy would help to give your tummy a more firmer look. So have a combination of both types of exercises.
