There are many ways to get rid of body fat, but you should choose something that you like and make it interesting. Otherwise you might lose interest half way through. Start playing football by joining a local club. The constant running and moving will burn a lot of fat and you will be fit in a matter of months. However, you must stay dedicated to it and play at least every alternate day. This constant activity is extremely important if you want to lose body fat. If you are not playing, then you should be running, preferably on the streets. 

    Hi Shikha,
To reduce body fat , you need to take care of your regular exercises and healthy diet. Healthy diet dosent include any crash diet but you need to look into the calorie counts in your food. And regular exercises include more of cardio training exercises and weight training exercises. Cardio training exercises includes more of running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, etc. Cardio exercises would help to reduce body fat percentage and weight training exercises would help to tone your body muscles. This type of plan would help to reduce your body weight in a healthier way.
