Here are some tips to lose tummy fat:
    1. Avoid outside fatty foods. They may have trans-fats.
    2. Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep in a day.
    3. De-stress yourself. Do some activities which are stress-bursters for you.
    4. Drink a lot of liquid/water/fuilds
    5. Eat food in a right routine. Heavy breakfast, moderate lunch and lightest possible dinner. Take a walk after dinner. Dinner plays very important role in tummy gain.
    6. Avoid beer. Switch to wine if necessary.
    7. Do some tummy exercises. Crunches are best.

Take lemon in warm water in the morning and then go for a walk. Warm water + walk will help you in burning fat. Make your dinner light and keep a gap of 2 to 3 hours between dinner and sleep.
