Stomach acid is caused during the process of digestion. The stomach acid is also known as gastric acid and it consists of the many components that help in the process of digestion. Stomach acid is natural phenomenon and excess amounts of this can cause some amounts of discomforts as well. The gastric glands are responsible for secreting the stomach acid and they are made up of hydrochloric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride and others. Mucin, renin and pepsinogen are some of the other components of stomach acid.

I totally accept that diet is important, but then, dieting is only secondary. What comes first is the required exercise that would keep you fit. Walking, from my experience has proved to be really effective in reducing the fat in the hip and thigh region. Walking for about 4kms a day should be sufficient. Although, gradually increasing the speed at which you walk and the distance would give you good results.

    @ Pushti

You are right veronica, walking is best options for thighs reduction but walk should be fast. My suggestion is climbing stairs & cycling is more effective for lower body reduction & also for fat reductions.
