Hips don’t lie! im serious. Do a Shakira and shape your hips. This will help you reduce fat in the hips. Constant shaking and moving the hips is the only exercise that I can think of. I know it sounds ridiculous and its definitely not easy so It might take a while to get used to the activity. After a few weeks of dancing you will realize that it actually helps. And besides its fun, so instead of those boring old routines you can try this. There are various dance classes in most places and get yourself a good instructor who knows what he is doing.

Hi Bhavya, If you want to enjoy your workout and working out also then hula hup rings and zumba dance are the options for you. Hula hup rings comes in different weights starting from 2 kgs and so on. So we can progress from 2 kgs rings to more. As resistance increases, more the hip muscles will get toned. So just you need to play your favorite track and start your workout. Also there are hip exercises which can help reducing fat from your hips. Exercises like hip blasters, Back kick, quadripod super man pose ,etc are help ful to reduce fat from hips if we try doing these exercises for 20 min.

Bhavini given nice tips. Try to prevent from storage of extra fat in the stomach by avoiding high calories foods, empty calories, fatty foods, etc. Exercise like cycling, climbing stairs, hip blasters, abs workout are more effective for hip reduction.
