Fat present at a neck can be reduced by doing the neck exercises like neck resistance exercises like Isometric neck extension, Isometric neck flexion side flexion, portract and tucking in the chin,etc. these exercises will help to reduce fat from the neck region and will tone up the neck muscles. Do these exercises atleast for 20 min 4/week .

Hi Pranita, To reduce fat on neck you can work on your overall body fat percentage. Body fat percentage can be reduced by doing more of jogging, brisk walking, running, swimming, skipping, etc .We need to do these exercises for atleast 45 min possibly everyday or atleast 5/week for better results.
