How to reduce fat on arms?

I try to walk everyday for atleast an hour. I am having a healthy diet and drink adequate water still i am not reducing evenly. Kindly suggest....

    There is nothing called spot reduction.....when it comes to loosing weight it is different from men to that of women....both loose at different places and to an extent it also depends on heridatory factor also, i dnt say completely depends on heridatory factor.
    Just walking may not help and the point to keep in mind is the intensity with which one does the walking.
    Strength training is so crucial for loosing weight and maintaining it....when i say strength training not necessarily working with the weights....it can also be doing the workout with the BODY WEIGHT itself...especially for loosing the fat in arms one cnt neglect it....!!!!

    Spot reduction can be achieved by physical exercise. No diet can guarantee you a spot reduction, because you have no control over which part of the body would shed the fat first and in what proportion.

    So the answer is to include a healthy diet as well as exercises targeting specific body parts. Even stretching exercises help a lot in this.

    See i have this doubt correct me if am wrong....you are under the impression spot reduction is posssible....assume this what i want to achieve....i want to loose weight/fat on my FACE and at the same time i dnt want to loose anywhere else....how it can be done....i believe there is nothing called SPOT REDUCTION....pls do clarify how one can achieve that....!!!

    It is true that one can not target ONLY a particular body part. I mentioned that we have no control over which part of the body would shed the fat first and in what proportion.

    So if you want to lose fat from only face or arms, it wont be possible. But one can tone a particular body part by doing physical exercise targeting that body part.
