To reduce fat at hip region we need to do some exercises like hip blasters exercises, Superman pose,for some atleast 4 /week. Also need to do walk for atleast 4/week. These exercises will help to reduce fat and tone up hip region.

Hi Poonam, I agree with Lifemojo Expert. You need to have the combination of both types of exercises .Also, look into your regular dietary pattern. You need to avoid any junk food, heavy dinner, late dinners, fruit consumption in night. Make sure you have something every 2 hours. These all things will help you to reach your goal.
