you can burn the fat off by exercising and by provinding lesser calories to the body so that when it needs energy it would spend it form trhe fat stores.

Exercise is one of best way to burn the fat from fat cells. Eat less calories & high protein diet & choose good fat. Do any exercise or weight training to burn the fat %. Drink warm water with lemon daily before doing any exercise or drink green tea.
