    For burning fat from the hips and thighs,you need to go for the weight reduction program.This will help you to burn calories overall from the body.Weight loss program includes exercises,diet maintainence and healthy lifestyle.Exercising involves aerobic exercises like running in intervals,swimming,aerobic steps,dancing etc and resistance training like leg press,leg curls,ankle press with machines or free weights, squatting with variations,lunges etc.These exercises will burn the calories as well as prevent muscle sagness and loosening.Calories intake must be limited and include more of veggies and fruits in diet.Proper hydration is also necessary.Be physical active and involve yourself in some recreational activities.

    Cut down the extra calories, Do combination of cardio exercise & weight training for 45-60mins. Cardio exercise like cycling, climbing stairs, running, jogging are more effective to reduce ur fat from thighs & hips.
