    To reduce fat from stomach and thighs and we need to do more of resistance training exercises like thigh rotations, lunges, squats, Cruches, reverse crunches, Leg raises etc. These are the exercises which will help to increase muscles mass and reduce thigh fat so as to reduce the thighs. We need to do these exercises atleast for 30 min, 5 times a week. Also we need to do some cardio exercises too like swimming, Running, Jogging, Brisk walk ,etc. so as to reduce fat from the body.

    Hi Lindsay,
    To reduce fat from thighs and tummy you need to have a combination of exercises like weight training exercises and cardio training exercises. Also dont forget to avoid any junk food like burgers, pizzas, passta, etc. These food would lead to increase in your body fat.
