    Resistance exercises and a little cardio plays an important role to reduce hips thighs and tummy. Fat can be reduced by including come concern area exercises along with a 25-35 min of walk. Hip exercises include hip blasters exercise, hip extension , superman pose ,thigh rotations, lunge,squats, thigh raises,etc. Tummy exercises include some Crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch, Abbs cycling, etc. These all exercises need to be done for atleast 20 min in a day without any equipments for atleast 5/week. It willl help shaping up your thighs hips and tummy along with reducing fat from your hip and tummy.
