Have a big belly eh? Reducing that fat around the belly region is not easy and this is not something that can be done separately as such. You have to reduce weight overall to be able to reduce some of the fat in the belly. Eating large meals makes you put on lots of weight, so try and reduce the amount of food you eat and consume small meals that contain fruits and vegetables at least 5 times a day. Being constantly active also helps immensely. Try and involve yourself in sports and this is a good way to reduce weight.

Belly is the natural spot, where excess fat tend to deposit. To reduce belly fat you need to lower down your total body fat percentage. There is no specific exercises to target tummy region as spot reduction never works and the only healthy option left is aerobic exercises. Start with low to moderate levels of aerobic exercises on regular basis. Along with this keep a check on your dietary pattern, it should be low caloric in nature. Live a healthy and active lifestyle with all your stress levels under control.
