Fat percentage can be reduced by doing more of cardio activities like Running, Swimming, Jogging, Walking, etc atleast 4/week for 45 min. These activities burn calories and reduce our fat percentage.

Hi Sara, Cardiovascular activities is the answer to your question. Cardio activites increases the heart rate and it take it to the fat burning zone which is 60-70% of max Heart rate. So, cardio activities if done more than 30 min is really effective to burn calories. But it wont help much to shape and tone up your body. So you need to include a little bit of Strength training exercises like crunches, Reverse crunches ,Push ups, Back exercises ,Rowing ,etc. These strength training exercises will really help toning up our body along with reducing fat from the body.
