    To reduce ur belly fat fast , for that your metabolism should be work fast so boost up ur metabolism.

    For metabolism: Drink plenty of water 2-3 liters in a day. Take 2 cups of green tea in a day to boost up ur metabolism. Exercise is one of best way of increasing the metabolism.

    To reduce the belly fat: Increase ur fat burning foods to reduce the belly fat. Example for fat burning foods: apple , blackberries , broccoli , brussels , blue berries , asparagus , beets , artichokes , brussels sprouts, cabbage , carrot, cherries , corn, cod , cauliflower ,celery, cranberries , egg plant, garlic, grapefruit , crabs , cucumbers,grapes, green beans , kale , leeks , lemons , honeydew,limes , lobster , mangoes , mushrooms , lettuce,onions , oranges , okra , papaya,parsely,peas , pears , peppers , pineapples , peaches,prunes , pumpkin, radishes , raseberries , red broccoli, red cabbage, string beans , strawberries , spinach , squash,watermelon, tomatoes , turnips. This foods are rich in fibers & vitamins & this helps to boost up ur metabolism & burn the fat very fast.

    * Do any kind of cardio exercise (walking , swimming , skipping,cycling, etc) for 45-60 mins in a day.

    Hey Priyanka.... Sujeetha has given useful tips on diet and exercises. Any flat tummy workout dosent only include tummy resistance exercises but it should also include some cardio training exercises to normalize your body fat percentage. Once your body fat percentage is in normal level we can work on toning your tummy muscles by doing weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, abbs cycling etc. We need to do these exercises for 30 min in a day for better results.
