To reduce belly fat ,we need to do some concern area exercises along with some 20 min of walk so that we can reduce concern area fat. Concern area exercises includes Crunches, reverse crunches, abbs cycling .DO these all abbs variations atleast for 25 min in a day.

It is very necessary to lose overall weight to lose belly Exercises plays an important role in reducing belly.You can try aerobic or cardio exercises which will help you in reducing overall fat and for spot reduction you can go for Crunches, reverse crunches etc which will help you in proper toning of belly as well.

Exercise plays very important role in reducing the belly fat. Do any cardio exercise for 45mins, weight training for 30mins which helps to reduce the belly fat.
