Hi Divya, Losing 5 kilos is a month would be a lil unhealthy. According to WHO, ideally 2-2.5 kg weight loss is recommended. Quick weight with low calorie or crash diet is not recommended. The faster you lose, greater is the rebound tendency. Keep a practical target of 0.5 kilo/ week. As for the diet, find a link where you would find a sample weight loss diet. This would give you an idea on the portion control and food time management.

For exercises, do some resistance exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Lunges, Push ups, etc for atleast 30 min - 3/week and do some cardio activities like running, jogging, Brisk walking, cycling, etc for atleast 45 min - 4/week so as to get better results.
