How to reduce thighs and back portion..

Please help me what exercise which can be done at home to reduce fat from lower body portion.. plz help..

    Hey Kamya,
    No matter which portion of your body has excess fat, there are no isolated exercises to target spot reduction. You need to do aerobic exercises in order to reduce total body fat percentage. Along with aerobic exercises you can intensify your workout by adding toning exercises like squats, lunges, etc. You can also join some kickboxing classes, aerobic and Latin dance classes. Apart from this make sure you have a proper low caloric diet and active lifestyle.

    Brisk walking is a good form of aerobic exercise and of course it will help you, provided your workout is progressive in nature. Initially, you may get good response with brisk walking but as your body get used to it, response fades down. Say for example, on first day when you start brisk walking your heart rate might go till 100+ bpm but gradually your body adapts to particular dosage of exercise and the response to same level of exercises fades. Thus, progression in the form of intensity (in your case speed of walking) or volume (duration and frequency) need to be done. You can also have some variations in workout.
