No matter which portion of your body has excess fat, there are no isolated exercises to target spot reduction. You need to do aerobic exercises in order to reduce total body fat percentage. Along with aerobic exercises you can intensify your workout by adding toning exercises like squats, lunges, etc. You can also join some kickboxing classes, aerobic and Latin dance classes. Apart from this make sure you have a proper low caloric diet and active lifestyle.
