    Loosing weight naturally is possible by following a low calorie healthy diet and by doing some exercise 40-45 min daily 5 times a week.The diet should be devoid of fats,oily or deep fried foods,sugars,starchy foods like white rice,refined flour,potatoes,red meats,junk foods,cold drinks and too much of salt.Exercise should comprise of cycling,jogging,swimming,running or aerobics.

    I agree with you Smith..weight loss should be by natural means that is through diet and exercise only. This is only healthy and permanent means of loosing weight.
