There are number of exercises which can are based to reduce Back fat and tone up to back muscles. Resistance training exercises helps to reduce fat percentage and to tone up the back muscles which will help to tone up your back and give a firm shape.We need to do exercises like Lat pull down, Rowing, Back swimming pose, Dead lifts. Etc .we need to do these exercises atleast for 25 min ,5/week so as to get better results. Also, include some stretches before and after these exercises to keep your muscle relaxed and improve your blood circulation.
