how to loss weigth my age 21 heigth 4-9inc weugth 56kg plz tell me sum tips how many hours to sleep,what kind of deit should follow.

    Hi Pinky,For losing weight you should follow some tips-
    * Try to have 4-5 short and frequent meals a day, which helps to increase your metabolism and also helps to lose weight. Always start your day with a healthy breakfast and dinner should be the lightest of all the meals.
    * Eat a healthy and balanced diet. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables,whole grain cereals,skim milk and milk products and unsaturated fats.
    * Avoid fried,junk,processed,canned and refined foods.
    * Drink At least 2-3 litres of water per day.i.e 10-12 glasses per day.
    * Lastly ,exercise plays an important role. So take out at least 40-45 minutes regularly will help.Combination of exercise and diet will help you in getting good results.
    * Also you should sleep for 6-7 hours in night.Do not take after noon naps.

    Hi Pinky,
    To loose weight you diet plays an important role so as to take in less calories but you need to also burn calories by doing exercises so as to reduce weight more better way. You need to include both types of exercises like cardio and weight training exercises for better results. Cardio exercises includes activities like brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, skipping, etc. while weight training exercises includes lunges, squats, push ups, pull over ,etc. We need to have a combination of both types of exercises and do it for atleast 45 min for better results.
