There are various abbs exercises which can be done easily at home. To reduce fat from abs we need to do more of resistance training exercises like Cruches, reverse crunches, heel touch , Oblique abbs crunches, etc. These are the exercises which will help to increase muscles mass and reduce thigh fat so as to reduce the thighs. We need to do these exercises atleast for 30 min, 5 times a week. Also we need to do some cardio exercises too like swimming, Running, Jogging, Brisk walk ,etc. so as to reduce fat from the body.
