How to lose weight without working out?

    If you want lose weight without working out then you need to concentrate on diet. First of all, have 10-12 glasses of water everyday. Have small and frequent meals. Include high fiber cereals like oats, wheat bran and ragi and jowar etc. A 3 serving of fruits daily. Increase your salad intake. Don't starve yourself or don't skipped meals inorder to lose weight. Have light dinners like grilled vegetables, soups and salad or grilled chicken. fish and salad.

    You can lose wt by without doing any exercise but it is not thats effective when u do exercise. Any way go with very strict diet, Include more of fibers foods, fat burning foods, avoid rice in ur diet, avoid refined foods, junk foods, fatty foods, oily foods. Drink plenty of water. Monthly once do detox diet to removes toxin from the body & it cleans your digestive system & it helpful for weight loss.

    You would eat less calories through diet but if you burn calories too at a same time, you would get faster results. So better you opt for both, diet and exercises. It would help you to loose weight.
