Don’t eat out. That’s the best thing you can do. If you’re a fan of good food that contains lots of meat, then you need to stop eating your juicy steaks and sirloins. This will cut down the consumption of calories. Opt for salads and green vegetables. I know it’s not fun but you asked for it. Sandwiches that contain lettuces and tomatoes are a good option and you will be able to contain weight gain. Try not to drink while you eat outside as the combination of heavy food and alcohol can lead to instant weight gain. Good Luck

It is not possible to reduce the weight when you eat outside. Basically outside foods are high in fat, calories, carbs which is increase the weight, this will increase fat percentage in ur body & leads to health problems.
