    The diet has to be low in calories from fats,sugars.So you have to keep a check on your intake of
    * fried foods,fats like cream,cheese,butter,mayonnaise,ghee,vanaspati.
    *table sugar,white rice,refined flour,potatoes,banana,mangoes,chickoo.
    *full cream milk and its products,egg yolk,red meats.
    *foods high in salt,preservatives,ajinomoto and baking soda.
    *increase your intake of salads,fresh fruits,clear soups,sprouts.
    *drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water per day.Do have 1 cup of lukewarm water with lemon after every meal.

    if you want to lose weight then you have to make a simple diet plan. The proper diet should include Glycemic index diet like basmati rice, bran, oats, certain fruits, pasta, chickpeas, quinoa, plain yoghurt, skim milk, etc. It should also contain Macrobiotic diet brown rice, soybean produce, seeds and nuts in small amounts, fish in small amounts.

    Diet plays very important role in weight loss. Diet which is low in calories, low in fat & high fibers, required amount of proteins, vitamins & minerals are important to weight loss.
    * Choose low fat milk & milk products, high fibers cereals, whole grains, fruits.
    * Drink plenty of water daily in the day.
    * Choose healthy cooking habits.
    * Drink green tea with very less sugar , twice or thrice in a day.
    * Take red rice or brown rice.
    * Don't skip ur meal & avoid fasting.
    * DO detox diet at-least weekly once to cleans ur digestive tract.
