The diet has to be low in calories from fats,sugars.So you have to keep a check on your intake of
* fried foods,fats like cream,cheese,butter,mayonnaise,ghee,vanaspati.
*table sugar,white rice,refined flour,potatoes,banana,mangoes,chickoo.
*full cream milk and its products,egg yolk,red meats.
*foods high in salt,preservatives,ajinomoto and baking soda.
*increase your intake of salads,fresh fruits,clear soups,sprouts.
*drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water per day.Do have 1 cup of lukewarm water with lemon after every meal.
