    plan an exercise and diet regime .. and stick to it as much as possible , lesser the deviations faster is the weight loss. change the activity and diet patter every 15 days , to keep trhe rate of weight loss same, and fast . following the same routine for long will slowen the poace of weight loss.

    Lifemojo expert is correct. Change ur life style like Do Sparingly ,Avoid sedentary activities e.g. watching television, using the Internet, playing computer games. Do every day, Adopt healthy lifestyle habits: e.g. walk to the shops instead of driving, use the stairs rather than the elevator, walk to office colleagues instead of using the telephone, walk the dog. Keep ur mind in relax as possible to lose weight fast. Motivation is more important hence motivate your self to get good & fast result.
