    The right way to lose weight is a combination of a healthy diet and a fun filled exercise program. Eating properly always helps and you should include things like sea food and vegetables in your diet. This will help in weight loss and also in maintaining required energy levels. If you are a sports person then you can actively involve yourself in any physical sport of your choice. Physical exertion burns fat and reduces weight in the long run. Long distance running is another option. if you follow this correctly you will look good and also feel healthy. Good Luck

    Here are some of the key tips to lose weight in right way. Switch to regular exercises, proper low caloric diet,and modify your lifestyle to lead an active lifestyle. Include lots of fruits, salads, fibers and avoid fried items.Limit the intake of high caloric foods especially those rich in fat. Drink plenty of water. Focus more on aerobic exercises as these will help you to burn calories which will lead to weight loss. Aerobic exercises include running,jogging,jumping etc. But the amount of calories you burn depends on your body weight,duration and intensity of exercises.You can modify your lifestyle by being more physically active,join some recreational activities,outdoor sports etc.
