    Teenagers who are overweight and obese are often the butt of all jokes in a school scenario, so it’s natural that teens look for quick ways in which they can lose weight so as to be accepted by their peer group. Resorting to quick ways does not involve in going for diet pills and other medication, but this can be done in a healthy way by exercising and following a healthy diet. Exercises like walking and jogging can help in losing weight fast and in an effective manner. Fresh fruits and vegetables, along with eggs can help in keeping the body nourished during this time.

    Hi Niharika,
    For any teens below 18 years, we dosent prescribe any exercises. As it is their period to grow up and develop body. Rather loading them with lots of exercises ,why dont we try to keep them active? Encourage them to play outdoor games like volley ball, basket ball, badmintton, etc. These all outdoor games would help to burn calories and also would help to stay them active and fit.
