Reducing the fat or weight from a specific target area in the body is not possible. To reduce the weight from a particular part, you need to lose down the weight from the whole body. Aerobic exercises like skipping, walking uphill, downhill, jogging, swimming, cycling etc. will help you to burns your calories. Simultaneously, the strengthening exercises like dead lifts, leg raising, squats, lunges, donkey kicks etc. are also required to burn the calories as well as toning of hip and thigh area muscles. Kick boxing, zumba dance, les mills and salsa are few of the recreational options to look out for which also helps to reduce weight .Go for low glycemic index food, add more monosaturated fat in your diet. Include healthy oils like rice bran, olive oil or flaxseed oil in cooking.

    Hi Lakshya,
To reduce thigh fat you need to do more of weight training exercises or else if your body fat percentage is high then its better you add a little bit of cardio exercises so as to reduce your body fat percentage while toning up your thigh muscles.
