    You will considerably able to lose from gluten free diet. It is derived from gluten containing cereals. Have oats, barley and lots of vegetables and fruits, protein rich food items in order to lose weight.

    Gluten free diet is given for person with celiac disease. No doubt gluten free diet is also very useful for weight loss.
    Gluten free foods are fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs(but eat only egg white), Cereal products made from corn, lentil flour, rice bran, amaranth, lentil flour, psyllium, and polenta.
