A good diet will help you lose weight, whereas an unsteady one will make you gain more weight. You must choose a diet that suits you and stick to it. Chicken and fish are high on protein and they are good options. Avoid red meat such as beef and mutton. This will add to your fat content. Eggs, butter, milk and cheese have to limited or even given up completely as they are high on fat as well. Vegetables are always a good option and you should more of this. Drink fresh juices regularly and this will clean out the toxins in the body.

    Hi

Increase your water consumption, have more of proteins in your meals, less of oil, keeping the diet as natural as you can, making sure you get enough of rest required for your body, exposing your skin to natural sunlight for Vitamin D, avoiding junk food, tracking your weight and keeping a frequent medical check is very important. In terms of the mental wellness, try and deal with the daily life stress, anxiety, stability of mind, scattered thoughts, enhancing your self esteem, etc. For living a healthy lifestyle, one should always aim for physical and mental happiness.
