    Although your question is quite vague and not to the point, I think I can comprehend what you’re trying to say here. Although losing weight is a universal phenomenon that people irrespective of their nationality are bent on achieving, Indians particularly face a hard time because their foods are loaded with ghee, butter, chicken and other items that are very high on calories. Cut down on all these items, spare the butter or vanaspati, and make sure that you eat healthy food like green vegetables and grains or sprouts. This way you can easily lose weight. Cut down on the sweets too.

    You mean to ask how to lose weight by indian foods? By choosing healthy indian foods which is preprepared by low in fat or healthy cooking style. Use less amount of saturated fat in ur diet. Eat healthy foods like whole grains, vegetables, sprouts, green leafy foods. Reduce the sweets, sugar & salt in ur diet.
