    Well either really difficult or really easy, depending on who you ask. As far as I know getting rid of weight in the hips and thighs are difficult and there are no exercises for them per se. once you have decided to lose weight and you work towards this, you will notice that your hips and thighs gradually start to reduce. Your body works as one and losing weight overall is the best bet. This will give your body a balanced and natural look, instead of an ungainly one. I hope that made sense.     Fat from hip & thighs is little difficult to loose. Cycling, running, climbing stairs are best options for reducing the from hips & things.
