There is no difference between loosing weight for men and for women but only thing is men could loose weight more easily then women due to metabolism and active lifestyle. But loosing weight in just a week wont be possible as if you are beginner to exercises then it will take a week time for our body to get used to exercises. So dont expect any sudden results in a week. Be counsious and have a healthy weight loss rather than taking short cuts to weight loss like crash diets, etc.
