    Trying to fit into a new dress?! The maximum weight that you can lose is one week is around 2 pounds. So in effect you will not lose any substantial amount of weight in just one day. You should be looking at a time span of around three to four months. Realistically, this is your only option. My husband lost around six kilos after three months of heavy dieting and exercise. He currently weighs around 72 kilos and he is feeling much fitter. Be patient and give yourself lot more time, because you will not be able to achieve anything in one day.

    Do you really think that loosing weight in a day is possible? If so then you are wrong. Its just the work of magic. Dont be in so hurry to reduce your weight. Better option is to have a healthy and permanent weight loss. Reducing with crash diets is surely going to be a disaster for your body. Crash diets would lead to a under nourished body. I would suggest to go for weight loss with healthy diet and regular exercises. Avoid junk food like burgers, pizzas, passta, macroni, etc. These all food items are rich in calories which would again lead to fat deposition. Also, make a note that without burning sufficient calories you wont be able to reduce a good amount of weight. Burn calories by doing more of cardio training exercises like jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc. We need to do these exercises for atleast 45 min in a day for 5 /week or possibly daily for better results. These all exercises are good for normalizing your body fat percentage. So combine your daily activities with healthy diet and regular exercises.
