Loosing weight takes time as its a slow process to happen. To loose weight,we need to do more of cardio training exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming,etc. You need to do these exercise atleast for some 40 min in a day for better results and include twice a week some weight training exercises. Weight training exercises will help to maintain the muscle mass and reduce down your body fat percentage to normal levels.
