    Its not advisable to lose weight drastically. You will lose weight by following a very low calorie diet like eating fruits and vegetables the whole day or only juices. But when you are back to normal diet, you will gain weight very easily, as by now your metabolism is very sluggish and as a result burns few calories.

    Loosing weight in a day is really not possible . To loose weight you need to include both types of exercises like cardio and weight training exercises. Cardi oexercises helps to reduce your body fat percentage while weight training exercises would help to tone your body fat. Cardio exercises like running, jogging, skipping, swimming, etc. We need to do these exercises possibly every day or atleast 5/week for 45 min. And do weight training exercises like push ups, lunges, squats, etc for every alternate days for 20 min.

    what do you mean by losing Weight In 10 Days For Free ? To lose weight in healthy way it should always be gradual in nature. You may lose some amount of weight in 10 days but it will not be a healthy way and in long term tendency to put on will always be more. If you want to lose weigh effectively then go for regular exercises as explained by Bhavini along with that consume low caloric diet with more of fiber rich foods, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid saturated fatty foods and consume healthy oils rich in Omega 3, MUFA etc. Avoid junk foods and aerated beverages as they just add calories and nothing else. Follow healthy and active lifestyle rather than leading a sedentary lifestyle. Avoid alcoholic beverages and quit smoking.
