    Water is plays a important role to maintain the weight. Drink plenty of water in a day maintains the digestion , improves metabolism. It is one of detoxification methods which helps to remove toxins from the body & helps to reduce the weight.

    Drinking warm water with lemon in the morning without sugar, honey, salt , this will help you lose weight. But don't do fast weight methods.
