Reducing weight only from hips and thighs is not possible.One has to lose overall body weight to make hips and thighs lean.Combination of exercises,caloric restriction and lifestyle modification will help you to achieve the goals.Diet must include high fiber,low fat and low caloric food.Exercises must be a combintaion of aerobics and strength training including jumping,skipping,swimming,walking,cycling,squats, dead lifts,barbell exercises,leg curls and strengthening with the swiss ball etc.Join some recreational activities like dancing,gardening,mountain climbs,adventure games or outdoor sports.
