    summers are the best time for weight loss as the climate further helps in regulation of BMR , even a slightest of activity will help in quick warm up and more burning of calories, plus the appetiote levels are already supperesed in the summers so we can go on taking more fluids and less solid fiood and hence easiluy control the calorie intake .

    During summer, you need water more than any other season. The hot, sweltering heat can easily cause parched lips, dry skin and worse, may cause dehydration. Aside from its hydrating effects, water is also great to drink when losing weight. It is filling at zero calories. Drink water an hour before a meal and you’ll end up feeling full. As a result, you will eat less. By filling up on water, not only are you doing your body a favor by hydrating yourself, but you are also cutting back on calories as well.
