    It is more difficult to lose weight without dieting. you can see many weight loss method by without dieting but it is not a healthy ones. Always one should go for combination of diet & exercise for weight loss. You can lose weight by doing more of exercise daily but if you combine with strict diet , it is little more effective for weight loss & this healthy way of weight loss.
