    it is not advisable to take any shortcut to weight los by over exercising or goiung on a crash diet . as these will cause a temporary weight loss, and lead to malnourishment.

    How much you want reduce in 2 weeks? Generally, it is advisable that you reduce not more than 1- 2 kgs at the end of 2 weeks. This type of weight loss would be more healthier and better. Reduce your weight by doing more of cardio exercises and weight training exercises. Take in healthy food and avoid any junk food like burgers, pizza, passta , macroni ,etc.
