Lehar , your response is not correct one . Weight loss in home means diet control & some home exercise .
Diet control :
$ Try to avoid rice in the dinner & limit the intake in the lunch time.
$ Include plenty of fibers foods like vegetables, fruits, green leafy vegetables, sprouts.
$ Try to include more of fat burning foods such as Vitamin C helps the body process fat faster and also stimulates the carnitine amino acid which speeds up the body's fat-burning capacity.Vitamin C dilutes the fat and makes it less effective and helps in releasing the fat from the body.Foods containing chillies or cayanne pepper are considered to be as foods that burn fat. Chillies contain capsaicin that helps in increasing the metabolism.Some of the other foods that may be included in the list of fat burning foods are asparagus, beet root, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, chillies, beans, soybeans, sweet potatoes, blueberries and watermelon.
$ avoid refined foods , avoid junk foods, bakery foods, oily foods, etc.
$ Choose healthy snacks in btw like fruits, steamed corn, steamed groundnut, pop corn, high fiber biscuits, etc.
$ Choose low fat dairy & dairy products.
$ Eat 5 small meals & portion is important & meal timings as well.
$ Treat your self with sweets or any desserts in 15 days once or monthly once but the qty should be limited.
Exercise: Simple home exercise like brisk walk for 45-60mins, skipping is home exercise - do for 20 mins in a day, climbing stairs is very good for thighs- do for 20 mins.
Maintain your metabolism by drinking plenty of water -3-4 liters in a day.
Make a habit of drinking warm water with lemon after every meals. This will maintains your metabolism.
Avoid caffeine content foods or reduce the intake of coffee or tea . Green tea is best option for weight loss & for health. Take 2 cups of green in a day.
