So to Loose weight in a healthy way needs some patience which means that we will eat healthy food and do the exercises to help burning calories more than what we will consume so as to loose weight. Crash diets can help you to loose weight easily but it will lead to decrese in nutrients to muscles and body which is really a unhealthy way. One kg of fat is made up of 7000 calories, so its upto us that how much we can put calories deficit either through diet or through exercises. So do some resistance exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Lunges, Push ups, etc for atleast 20 min ,3/week and do some cardio activities like running ,jogging, Brisk walking, jogging ,etc for atleast 40 min ,4/week so as get better results. Dont take junk food like burgers pizzas etc to satisfy your hunger,try taking some healthy food like home made chappatis, and food made in least oil. This type of approach will help burning calories and take up less calories.
